About Us
Randy Thomas and Susan Berry have been discovering aspects of effective service through consulting over 30 year careers. In varying private and public capacities they have assisted individuals, teams, and organizations to identify and obtain desired results, and to work collaboratively. They also have significant experience in facilitating staff, leadership, and organizational development initiatives in the U.S. and abroad.
Through their company, Aligned for Results LLC, they teach consulting skills and related tools and processes. Randy’s background includes Ph.D., M.S. and B.S. degrees from the University of California, and Susan’s M.A. and B.A. degrees from the University of Michigan and the University Wisconson, respectively.
